Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in microfinancing or microlending, particularly in Batangas.
• Proven track record of building strong relationships with microenterprises in Batangas, with a deep understanding of their business dynamics.
• Strong knowledge of credit control, including experience in risk management and credit evaluation.
• In-depth understanding of the financial strengths and potential risks of microenterprises in Northern Luzon.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence and build trust with microenterprise owners.
• A solid network of contacts within the local microenterprise community.
• Deep understanding of the local credit landscape, particularly in Batangas
