Are you skilled in architectural drafting and passionate about façade design? Join us as a Façade and Architectural Skilled Drafter. Create precise and detailed drawings for building facades, collaborate with architects, and contribute to the design and development of innovative architectural projects!
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a façade designer, with expertise in Capral/Alspec aluminum window systems, overseas window wall systems, and various cladding systems (e.g., CSR/James Hardie/Equitone/Fairview).
- Proficiency in reviewing drawings and maintaining document control processes.
- Experience in drafting façades for high-rise buildings, demonstrating understanding of structural considerations and building regulations.
- Strong skills in AutoCAD or Revit, with the ability to produce detailed and accurate drawings.
- Thorough knowledge of National Construction and Australian standard codes related to façade design and construction.
- Effective problem-solving abilities and capacity to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Experience with Aconex, Procore, or similar project management systems.
- Excellent communication skills and leadership potential, with the ability to collaborate effectively with project stakeholders.
- Passion for continued personal development and growth in the field of structural and/or façade drafting.
- Experience in detailed façade shop drawings and liaising with project managers, builders, and architects to ensure project success.
